1. Acceptance
By using PixNest, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
PixNest is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. You must not use PixNest if you are under 18.
3. App Functions
PixNest provides local-first tools inspired by scrapbook workflows. These functions include browsing media in a Media Garden, marking favorites, collecting prints, writing dated diary entries, selecting paper styles, assigning weather and mood tags, applying themes, creating printable PNG cards, searching local audio, playing or stopping voice memories, and navigating between Media, Diary, Create, Audio, and Settings sections.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the photos, videos, diary text, audio, card text, themes, and other materials you choose to use in PixNest. You should use only content that you own or have the right to use.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use PixNest to create, store, organize, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative content. You may not interfere with app operation, bypass technical limitations, or use PixNest in a way that violates applicable laws.
6. Privacy Boundary
PixNest collects only User ID information. All other app materials are stored on the phone for local use and are not collected by PixNest. More details are available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Google Play
Downloads, updates, purchase handling, refunds, and store availability may be managed by Google Play and may be subject to Google's terms and policies.
8. Intellectual Property
PixNest, including its name, interface structure, visual identity, and software elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your personal content remains your responsibility and ownership subject to the rights of any third parties.
9. Disclaimer
PixNest is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, file type, operating system version, or local media condition.
