Privacy Policy

PixNest is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. This Privacy Policy explains that PixNest collects only User ID information. All other information is not collected by us and is stored on the user's phone for local app use.

1. What PixNest Does

PixNest is a local media scrapbook studio. The app functions reflected by the reference screens include a Media Garden for photos and videos, favorites and collected prints, a Diary Studio with paper styles, weather and mood tags, a Theme Atelier for palettes and printable PNG cards, and an Audio Shelf for local tapes and voice memos.

Limited collection: PixNest collects only User ID information. PixNest does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, videos, audio files, diary entries, weather or mood selections, theme text, printable card images, location, contacts, camera data, microphone data, payment card details, or device media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only User ID information. User ID information may be used to maintain basic app access, support app operation, identify service continuity, and protect the integrity of PixNest.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect uploaded or selected photos, videos, local audio, diary text, mood tags, weather tags, paper preferences, favorites, collected prints, theme images, card text, generated PNG cards, search terms, playback history, device files, precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or payment credentials.

4. Local Phone Storage

Information used by PixNest features other than User ID is stored on the user's phone for local use. This may include media thumbnails, diary content, theme choices, generated cards, favorites, audio playback state, and app preferences. PixNest does not collect that information from the phone.

5. Google Play

If a user downloads PixNest or completes an app-store-related action through Google Play, Google may process information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. PixNest does not collect payment card numbers or billing credentials.

6. Age Requirement

PixNest is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 must not use PixNest.

7. Security

Because PixNest keeps app materials local on the phone except for User ID information, users should protect their device with a secure screen lock, updated operating system, and careful access controls.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if app functions, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
