Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement explains terms that may apply to paid or premium PixNest features offered through Google Play for users aged 18 and older.

Premium Areas

Membership may enhance creative capacity while keeping the local-first privacy model.

Expanded Creation

Premium access may include additional scrapbook themes, palette choices, card styles, diary presentation options, or local creative tools.

Local Workflow

Membership features do not change the privacy rule: PixNest collects only User ID information, and all other information stays on the phone.

Google Play Billing

Purchases, renewal handling, payment processing, cancellation, and refund eligibility may be managed by Google Play.

1. Eligibility

PixNest membership is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Membership Features

Membership may provide access to premium functions such as additional handmade themes, expanded card design controls, enhanced diary presentation options, premium palettes, or other creative tools within PixNest. Available features may vary by app version, device, region, or store availability.

3. Payment And Renewal

If PixNest offers paid membership, payment and renewal may be handled by Google Play. The price, billing period, renewal status, taxes, cancellation process, and refund handling may be shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through Google Play according to Google's applicable process. Deleting PixNest from your device may not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Google Play.

5. Changes To Membership

PixNest may modify, add, remove, or discontinue membership features as the app evolves. If required by applicable rules, material changes will be presented through the app, Google Play, or an updated agreement.

6. Privacy

Membership does not authorize PixNest to collect additional personal content. PixNest collects only User ID information. Photos, videos, diary entries, audio, themes, favorites, and generated cards remain stored locally on the phone for app use.
